On January 29th, 2014 Paolino Properties announced its acquisition of 100 Westminster Street, 110 Westminster Street and 30 Kennedy Plaza in Providence, RI for a total investment of approximately $60 million. Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chafee and mayor of Providence Angel Taveras spoke with the Paolino family at the announcement from the 16th floor of the newly purchased 100 Westminster Street.
